Event Organization
We work with your vendors to coordinate your event and make sure things run smoothly. We make sure the caterers get the food out on time. We also work with the photographer on the time-line of your special events so they can get the best photos possible. We are there to handle all your wedding needs and make things perfect.

The Day Of
We arrive 1-2 hours before the start of your event to set-up and make sure things are running perfect. We make sure the vendors are there and ready to perform their duties. We use our high attention to detail and flexibility to understand the needs of the event as a whole. We have the ability to help cut the cake, bussle a dress or any need that arises.

UPGRADE SERVICES:
Photo Montage:
Putting photos of you growing up and to music is a new catching feature. We take 60 photos and a few song selections and create a great video. Also played on the plasma flat panel. I love this at Weddings.
Second Sound System:
When in need of additional equipment for the ceremony or back up. For the ceremony it comes with 2 lapel microphones. One for the minister and Groom. Music to be played in advance. And after for mood setting. Also used for 2 room events.
Karaoke:
We have the ability to add extra microphones and a screen for interactive karaoke music. We have a huge database of music. While singing is not our specialty we will be involved with the singing of songs to help add energy.
Music Videos:
For the birthday parties, Graduations, School Dances, Corporate Functions. This is a great way to keep the energy up on the event. Add that Punch that will make your event different and fun. We have videos of the village people. I laugh almost every time I watch that. It's played on a flat panel plasma.
Casino Parties:
All casino games offered. The most popular are: blackjack, poker, roulette, and craps.
All games come with professionally built table and dealer trained in specified area for 3 hours. Great for bachelor and bachelorette parties. You could play for anything, gifts. dares, be creative!
